Hand-assembled microphone created from an old 1965 Western Electric Model 500 telephone. Not only that, but this is a one of a kind telephone that had been used for decades in the Vancouver, Washington Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home (still an active funeral home). When you turn the lights off, the receiver glows-in-the-dark.
The original wires and components have been re-used so that the tone is the exact same from all those years ago, and there are certainly marks and scratches from decades of everyday use.
