This is a made to order, hand-assembled microphone created from an old 1970s-era Western Electric Model 500 telephone. This dark brown model is so rare that your mic will be made-to-order. Please view the video for details about what this telephone mic will feature.
The original wires and components will be re-used so that the tone is the exact same from all those years ago, and there are certainly marks and scratches from decades of everyday use.
This mic will include the "Mute Effect"design where the sound is muted when you hang up or the rotary dial is turned. The sound returns to full volume when the dial is finished turning.
Talk into the top receiver, which will pick up your voice clearly. Featuring a 1/4 inch output jack for you to connect this telephone microphone easily with your instrument cable to mixers, PA systems, pedalboards, and more.
